I would agree with the mass, great doctors, very rude reception staff. Except for one new lady who, get this is American she is fantastic. Cares about people and is right on the ball with her position. Please get rid of the rest and take on American reception staff is this is the trend with the new lady. Only got the extra star because of her.

Unfortunately I can only give this surgery a 1 star review.
The doctors that work here are great, but the telephone receptionists that work here are not.
I find them extremely rude and unsympathetic.
I once had a problem with my John Thomas and was asked to do a urin sample to check for chlamydia..
When I went to the desk to hand my sample in the telephone reseptionist very loudly said in front of a full waiting room "is this for chlamydia?"
I was very embarrassed and upset.

Dr s are fine but the reception....

Incredibly unhelpful reception staff with incredibly bad attitudes. Seem to think they're doing you a favour when speaking to you concerning appointments rather than realising they're actually being paid to do a job and provide a service. I've given 1 star as no option to give anything lower. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!

Been going to this practice since a child. Overall the Doctors themselves are good but unfortunately you have to get past the rude and unhelpful reception staff who treat you like an inconvenience for constantly trying to get an appointment. The first experience you have here is the reception staff who clearly need to learn how to deal with customers properly. They let the practice down very badly unfortunately.

Abusive and unhelpful reception staff! This was my doctors from childhood and I was treated discustingly, ended up going to a different gp where I was able to get an emergency appointment within the hour including registration.

Great experience and if the people answering the phones would be more "joyful" would be 5 stars.
