We came to the all inclusive party night on the 9th December and it was fantastic. The party itself was in a marquee (in the snow ) but you wouldn't have known it, it was dressed up and heated so well. The table service was excellent. Good selection of "all-in" drinks on the table through the meal until open bar at 10pm. The food was a traditional dinner served buffet style, really nice and very well organised. Bar was 10pm to midnight and had almost all branded spirits in the all-in package and they didn't make you bring your glass back for a refill like some other venues.

Overall our table of 20 really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for an excellent night

The amount of bad reviews I have seen on here ?? Can only presume the people who leave them are just scammers looking for free stays in hotels. We have stayed her 3 years on a row now and due to return again in September for our annual Wrexham Conrades weekend. The staff are always helpful and polite, welcome us and nothing is very too much trouble. Always stay on the top exclusive floor and rooms are great. You treat people how you want to be treated and they treat us like kings and queens but then we do give it back :-) See you all soon Xxx

User

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel free parking pleasant welcoming, couldn’t fault the room, lovely and spacious free WiFi,sky tv,air con, safe, plenty of plugs in the room, iron and ironing board in the room, bathroom lovely too big thick towels rubber bath mat for the bath, lovely and clean, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, lovely hotel didn’t eat here so cannot comment on that, this is the second time staying here would definitely recommend it not far to the town centre either, no complaints

User

User

User

Hotel was amazing, room was very tidy and clean, receptionist was helpful and kind, was nice and quiet, food was great, had a great night stay apart from it was very hot in our room and air-conditioning wasnt very good...overall everything was amazing, gutted we didnt have time to go into the spa, sona

User

great day for my sister's wedding lovely hotel and breakfast.

User

Went to a 60th suprise party on sat room was luvely nice food would recomend it

User

The hotel was excellent. Staff were great, although some could improve their handwriting. Food was excellent, even though we were only on a coach trip, we were treated just like any other guest. The beds, now here is a topic, the pillows were like boulders and the mattress was like a lump of wood. Which is great if you like a firm bed, I don't.other than that our experience at the Ramada hotel was excellent. Overall we had a very good experience, thank you.

User

Stayed for one night, warm welcome, average bar meal, lovely room especially liked the bathroom it felt very spa like. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is lumpy pillows.

User

Fantastic hotel! Room service spot on reasonably priced meals, breakfast really good! Defo come again! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍🏻

User

Pretty good but a bit disappointed no wifi in room and not being able to find a map of Wrexham.

We are from Australia and booked knowing the Ramada standard world wide.

We wanted to find a Post Office, laundromat and a Sainsbury shop. We can’t use wifi except in coffee sho or restaurant.. we had planned to work on forward bookings and book trains etc for the rest of our trip so not being able to use our laptops in our rooms was s problem. Staff however were very helpful in other issues. Having been a hotel receptionist we were always expected to have local knowledge. I would have printed out a map for a customer if one was not available. I know Wrexham is not a tourist town but we chose it as it was central to quite a few places we wanted to visit. I am sure we are not the only ones to be in this same boat.

User

Ordered Fizz and a bar snack before heading off into town to an event. V busy bar with lots of people eating bar snacks and a wedding party chilling between the main event and their evening party. TBH for the price of a bar snack the food was pretty average.

User

Normally I would give the hotel a 5* but I booked a twin room by mistake and it had an adjoining door to the next room which was not sound proof and could hear everything ......and I mean everything in the next room! On check out I wasn't asked if everything was ok with my stay!

User

Got to say all staff were friendly. Nice food at the party evening, no choice for vegetarians on the main course which was disappointing. The worst thing was it felt far too rushed, didn't have long enough in between courses to allow one course to go down before we were being rushed to go get our next one.

User

Went to an evening wedding reception. The room it was held in was very nice, and the food on the buffet was nice. The 2 lads working the bar though were well out of there depth, kept running out of beer, or clean glasses, was forever waiting to get a drink, didnt seem to have any help off the management. Then to top it off have got a £60 parking fine there. Went back to look and there are notices on the door when you went in and a big sign in the foyer now, which I can tell you was not there on that evening. BE WARNED.

User

The staff there are really nice I’m not sure what her name is but the polish girl from the restaurant she looked after us so well thank you very much. The food and the room was lovely but the mattress was so uncomfortable didn’t get a good nights sleep because of it.

User

Terrible! Following a 4 hour drive to the hotel, i was given misinformation at check in about a wedding party on that evening. No mention was made about the loud music, and was told it would be done by 12am. Came back to the hotel on the night to find the music was blaring still. At 12.18am I rang to complain and was told the music would stop. Then was offered a room change at 12.30am once I'm in bed. Completely inconvenient not to mention I was staying on my own. Then on check out, no duty managers were on site, and only a complimentary breakfast offered. Premier inn refund in full. Ruined my whole experience. Would rather stay at premier inn next time. Should be rated a 2* hotel.

User

Spoilt by the noise from next door from midnight onwards - need to be up early for work not great !!!
