I love my hair everytime I walk out of this hairdressers, never disappointed. But this time I had an apprentice do all of my hair (which was an all over colour, cut and blow dry).
They didn't tell me before hand that an apprentice was going to do anything to my hair and then charged me full price, actually they charged me £5 more than they said they were going to charge me, which I think is really uncool of them. Also I thought a cut an blow dry would be them cutting my hair wet but my hair was dryed and straightened and then cut so I was charged for a cut and blow dry when really I had a dry cut.
None the less, my hair looks so good and the apprentice was really sweet and nice but I was just a bit nervous about the cut when it was happening and I think she looked a bit nervous too. I feel like they should have told me I was having an apprentice do all of my hair and they should have charged me less than the £85 I paid considering I didn't have a fully qualified hairdresser doing my hair.
I will still be going back though because they always do a good job!
Never consistent with price. Always charged more than advertised on the website or on the board outside. Average cut, nothing special. Will charge considerably extra if you have long hair (hair was about 16 inches or less at the time). Seems like they look after their existing customers and I get a very slack service.
Been going to this place for over two years now, perfect hair cut every time :). Recommend it
Unhelpful and rude staff.I should have read the reviews before booking, because some of them are spot on. I find it hard to comprehend that a business has such poor customer focus. I now see why they are trying to get new business through living social and Groupon, however there's no point in attracting new customers if you don't know how to treat them. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend.
Bad bad ....never ever im.from london i came to visite cardiff and i found a nice offer for highlights. .. I went to the shop the girl was impolite rude, she didn't even say hi.... i ask her to book and she says they were fully book but the shop was totally empty .. i will never ever go back to this . place so.i basically payed for nothing !! SHAME !!!
