It’s been a busy few weeks for #TeamRAW with a number of #national3peaks challenges, Macmillan Cancer Support #MightyHike series starting, bespoke private client days in the gorgeous The Lake District, Cumbria, DofE in Cairngorm National Park and not forgetting an awesome day of climbing for local Ysgol Dolbadarn here in Llanberis that we deliver for free 😅
No rest for us though with Ross up bright and early to head off to the Alps today with Grit & Rock Foundation, swiftly followed by the Sierra Nevada in Spain supporting Rat Race Adventure Sports and another busy weekend ahead with #Welsh3000 challenges, #Snowdon teams and more DofE Wales!
We will try our best to keep you all updated though but do share any pics you have for your adventures with us 😃👍

Kate has been enjoying 2 days of 2 halves in the Lake District with Colin and Fabienne...
Inspired by the Joss Naylor Challenge route, they set off from Pooley Bridge, Ullswater at 0645 on Wednesday and finished walking at 1915 on Thursday, with a comfortable overnight at Thorney How in Grasmere Village (best power showers ever 🚿!)
A first day of poor visibility and rain followed by sunny spells and a beautiful evening over Wasdale. In total they covered 52 miles, 30 Lakeland... summits and over 5000m ascent. A walking journey to remember ⭐️
Will Colin run it next time?!

A fabulous time in the Malvern Hills for Ross and Jason and a super psyched team of candidates.
Over the last two days they stood on the top of the oldest rocks in England, at British Camp, seen peregrine falcons, buzzards and a Merlin(helicopter!) And such a wonderful variety of trees and fresh spring flowers too 🌿🌸🍃🌼
... All candidates worked hard and passed with flying colours so congratulations to them all! They are now off to inspire more people, who could turn out to be the next generation of outdoor leaders 🤞👍

Kate has set sail with the Berghaus Dragon's Back Race this week, as part of a 130+ strong Event Crew for Ourea Events. Great to work with a diverse range of people and professionals in a dynamic and passionate team...all supporting the efforts of those running their socks off through the Welsh mountains, hills and valleys for 5 x full days...
Mountain Safety is Kate’s focus, working with a super medical and mountain team ⭐️

Our #Welsh3000s team enjoyed a spectacular end to the day across the Carneddau mountains last night. Completing their grand walking route in just over 17hrs plus some well-earned pit stops on en route ⭐️⛰🌄
And many thanks to David Peakrunners Riley for bringing the excellent Wales Big Bobble Hats 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿!

Today we’ve been guiding a strong 24hr #Welsh3000s team through varying conditions on Yr Wyddfa, Glyderau and Carneddau. Big shout to John, Andy, Dave, Chris and Tom for their tenacity, good humour, bobble hats, stamina, zinc oxide tape and learning how to pronounce Welsh mountain names...you rock! ⭐️
They started at 0400 this morning and are now going well on the Carneddau, in much better than forecast conditions today 😎
And we also learn that the record for completing this... continuous route now stands at 4hrs 10mins, with Scottish mountain runner Finlay Wild enjoying great conditions in Snowdonia this week...just wow 😲
Oh, and who should whizz by on Tryfan? Only inov-8 All Terrain Running Nikki Spinks on her first round of her Double #PaddyBuckley mountain round. Dave Peakrunners said hi 😍
But, we’re still loving our bobble hat team...💚
