Having banked with RBS for 40 years in 2 other major cities my wife and I find this branch the most friendly and helpful we have dealt with and the staff approach with the use of our names when we visit is a bonus compared with the general banking industry. Also the ability to park within close proximity when visiting is another huge plus

Utterly ridiculous, this branch does not answer a phone, it can take days to get through to them, and when you live 40 miles away from the nearest branch it isn't a simple journey. Hate this branch with a passion. Don't bother just phone Cardiff branch. Useless !!

No answer. Phoned numerous times.. Bank is useless.lloyds bank I received more.help plus my enquiry was solved
