Hey everyone. I know it has been a lomg time since i posted been incredibly busy sorting out the next big move for myself and Reaper. So which brings me to announce that there will be a BIG change comimg in the next few weeks that will hopefully bring a better service and will provide me with the tools to serve you guys better and overall get the results you need and want. Morning everyone!
Obviously I try and encourage safe training and if it hurts then it is a good idea to stop. But there is a difference between being hurt and your body screaming that it has had enough. So this is one for those moments when you feel like you can't do anymore in your sessions but really you have so much more left in the tank.
Personal experience has taught me on the pitch whilst playing rugby there is a wall you hit but if you push through that wall then you...r body just forgets about it and you can achieve what your task is and that's how the progress is made.
Today's challenge is how many push ups you can do in 1 minute will post a video of my number later in the day. Have a great day and keep up the good work.

Morning everyone. Bit of early morning motivation for everyone to kick the week off in the right way. I know I haven't been with you guys long as I'm only just starting my journey with you all but this is one that is true. When results do happen and you notice them that sense of achievement will take over and you will want to progress to the next level Trust me.
I know it can be a drag and a long road to get the results you want. Be it fat loss, muscle gain or just general fitness but the results will come so don't give up it's consistentsy that counts and you WILL start to notice the changes that you want.

Morning everyone. A bit of news is like to share with everyone. After a couple of enquiries and a decision else by myself. I will now be offering Partner Training sessions. As I know it is a bit of a struggle finding the motivation by yourself and it can be a bit daunting exercising by yourself so now you can bring a friend along and train together to keep pushing yourselves and enjoy it together and why not add a little friendly competition to it during your training. Pass this on and I really hope to here from anyone interested as I am really excited to add this to my services. Thanks guys and gals.

Morning everyone hope this finds you well. Today and yesterday's challenge of the day(s) are 20 lunges and 20 squats. I felt like a leg challenge as they do a lot of work and we have to keep them in check and and keep them mobile so they can carry us about throuout our day to day lives. Have fun with these guys nice and simple to start the day off with. Catch you guys tomorrow

Evening everyone. Hope this Monday evening finds you well and ready for the joys this week has to bring. Just a quick one to say still plenty of slots open throughout the week for you to get some sessions in with me be great to hear from you and help you on your journey. This week also brings dawn to my new "Daily Challenges" today is nice and simple 20 Burpees! A great high intensity exercise that targets pretty much everything in your body to help you get in shape and generally make you feel like you've worked. Good luck guys!

Afternoon everyone. Quick update as most of the posts will be training related but i will also strive to give you as much positive energy as i can whether or not you are bieng trained by myself. Much more than training I also believe that a positive outlook can be a great influence on all aspects and you can greatly benifits from just being that little bit more positive every day. Instead of finding out what is wrong and what has gone wrong today take at least 1 or maybe a few positives to really lift your mood and see what a difference it makes to general day to day life. You are in control so go out there and be the one that always sees the brighter side and see what rewards it can bring be it in training or life. Take care peeps catch you soon :)
