Yesterday, I obtained Reiki Master level 🙂 It was a true honour to receive my final attunement from Jayne Moontree Whiteley and on the Spring Equinox too. Reiki healing focuses on finding the root cause of a physical or emotional blockage. Loved my first Reflexology treatment last night. It was just what I needed for a total relaxation experience. As a busy working mum, having my treatment in the evening was total bliss! Lissa gave me a full breakdown after my treatment with her findings & she was spot on. I feel revived & look forward to my next treatment.

Just had my second reflexology treatment with Lissa and I’ve absoutely loved both! Lissa has a very calm and friendly energy which immediately relaxes you even before your treatment. Very knowledgeable about her skill and it has made a great difference to my energy and overall health. I will continue to book with Lissa and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!
