Here at the Recovery Lab we dedicate our time to exercise correction, injury prevention, diagnosis and treatment through the medium of soft tissue therapy.

The Recovery Lab is a unique sports massage practice, based inside Cardiff International Pool. Dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems. As a Cardiff based sports massage clinic, we work closely with local University athletes, sporting clubs and private clientele in Cardiff and across South Wales.

Here at the Recovery Lab we treat many different types of athletes, experiencing a wide and varied patient demographic taking the same dynamic approach to benefit everyone.

Our goal is to continue to grow as a company. Providing the highest standard of soft tissue therapy, taking great pride in clients’ health and well being.
