Great scenery and beautiful day out

Pd machines not accepting coins or cards.... Could only pay for a minimum of 4 hours.... Paid by mobile phone took forever and cost extra!

Put me off Tenby for life - will not be back there - all machines NOT working - not able to use cash or card readers in any of the machines - had to download app and pay 10% service charge on top of parking - complete rip-off - NIL stars not 1 star

Used this carpark on numerous occasions, never once a problem... used the app on the most recent occasion and is spot on. Cant fault it

Pay and display signs need to be more obvious and the payment machine needs to work

Not very obvious until you are right at the ticket barrier, but no parking for camper vans. This seems to be the theme of all the car parks in tenby. Amazing location if you can get in though.

Queued for 15 mins at 3 machines, none accepted a card payment. Used cash instead £5. Machine would not register the 'Z' in registration no. Took the ticket and displayed as per instructions. 3 weeks later a £70 parking charge received in the post. Now have the inconvenience of appealing an unwaranted charge! Probably end up in court, lucky I retained the ticket!
My advice do not use this car park if you want a nice day out or at least until the man in the kiosk is reinstated! This is a car park owned by the church shame on them!

I read that users of this car park were getting fines despite paying the fee and assumed they were being careless when entering their reg numbers. I used the car park in august and found both machines that i tried wouldnt allow me to enter a Z in my reg. It was impossible to enter my reg number so used the next letter down assuming this is a common problem. 4 weeks later ive got a fixed penalty in the post that i need to appeal. Glad i kept the ticket! I'll try the car park near the beach next time.
