Christmas menus available from Red Castle Tearoom, these are being served from the middle of November onwards, booking is required. Although we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays through the Winter season we will open on these days for group bookings of 12 plus. Christmas lunches can be made available every other day.

It's that time of year again! Christmas lunch menus are available at the Tearoom and online. As usual, we will be commencing Christmas lunch from the middle of November through to 23rd December. Booking will be required.

We moved down from Yorkshire to Monmouth 3 years ago and ever since I have been trying to find a decent Sunday lunch. This was the best by a country mile. Proper home-cooked food, great service, really well priced and lovely surroundings. Could not have asked for more and will be back again soon! x

We just had a wonderful Easter Sunday lunch (superb vegetarian choice) in this lovely place. The food, service and atmosphere were all fabulous. The views on the journey to get there are stunning and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this gem to anyone. We will definitely return.

We had a family Sunday lunch today, 12 of us all enjoyed a lovely roast dinner and dessert. Great service and delicious food.

Popped in here this afternoon with some friends for afternoon tea after a wet and windy walk up sugarloaf. Very cosy place, beautiful food and first class service. Definitely recommend this lovely little tearoom and their delicious home made foods.

Our first time at the Red Castle Tea Rooms for Sunday lunch and it certainly won’t be the last, from start to finish the food and the service was the best we have ever had anywhere, a truly lovely time. Beautiful food, generous portions (we were all stuffed!) and wonderfully friendly service, all in such picturesque surroundings.
