Lovely cosy pub. Great food, friendly service.

Very friendly staff, simple food that hits the spot. Very cheap bought main meal and drinks for four adults and three children all for £55, because it was so cheap felt rude not to have the deserts which we all did.

Great atmosphere, lovely food and reasonably priced too, really stands out from the crowd

Been here for a food a few times with my family as the food had allway been nice but we decided to go there for sunday lunch and the food was terrible the meat was tough and the veg was cold and also beef gravy with chicken dinner .we also had to ask for our Yorkshire pudding and they said oh we forgot.
Barely edible food. so we wont be going back

Small place but nice place to eat with family. Food is nice especially the home made chips.portion berry big but overall good value for money

This pub ruined my day, the beef chilli was water and it came late because they forgot about my order. Cheap tinned peas are vile. 7 pounds for slop. When the food did not come, we asked where it was AND THEY LIED AND SAID THAT THEY WHERE "BUSY" even though we questioned them about the empty tables. Still lied. The veg was watery. Had to go to a nearby M&S to get ACTUAL food. The good thing is that they removed the slop off the bill.

Fantastic atmosphere. Fantastic beer and fantastic food. A visit is a must!

We had a family get together, 9 adults and 6 kids under 5. Normally it would be stressful, but the staff where brilliant. Lovely food and lovely craft beer and fine ale. Would 100% recommend!
