Red Hot World Buffet

This is has got to be the worst quality food I have ever eaten. Everything was cooked and seasoned poorly. When you have no official cooking experience and can cook better than a restaurant you know that the quality is poor. After visiting the bathroom they were a mess and very un-hygienic, most likely caused by a guest, but nevertheless is the responsibility of the restaurant to clean.
I will most definitely not be eating here ever again.

Food - decent variety. Rubbish quality. I've tried at least a small piece of each and every thing that was available, but it all tasted a little flat. Not a single dish surprised me positively. Same with deserts. Decent variety, but it all tasted more or less the same.
I was going to let the 'variety over quality' slide, but the tea I was served was what killed my experience completely. Green tea I ordered, turned out to be one of the cheapest teas available in local supermarkets. What a joke! 1/5

Location and decoration - good location, in the heart of Cardiff. Easy to find. Decent interior. Nothing flashy, but also not boring. Great for relaxation and a bit of food. Tables are far too close to each other though. It wasn't busy, but it was still fairly​ loud. 3/5

Not worldly - very few option at 5pm!!!
Hot- not at all - like warm at best

We made the mistake of ignoring all the bad reviews - a HUGE MISTAKE

When we sat down every single dish except the pizza was cold. It wasn't simply not hot - it was cold. When I complained the manager offered to cook some more chips. When I realised that all the food was cold he offered to take the food and let us walk out without paying a penny

What does that tell you? It tells you that they are used to complaints - they don't want people to create a scene - I chose to mention the supply of goods act 1982. Fear went across their faces

All I can say is DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US. Leave the food and eat somewhere else.... anywhere else!!!

Food was cold. Small table. Very uncomfortable door was open and made food cold. The chocolate fountain wasn't working and they had removed some of the main dishes from the menu. Rip off for £13.99. On the bright side the toilets were in condition.
