Always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and cheerful. Doesn't always have the best times for films but can't really complain about that. Parking is free as long as you register on the iPad inside.

Amazing value for money on tickets and drinks, good free car park, staff are amazingly helpful, polite and well presented.

Great place well worth a visit, customer service is on point. Only thing holding this back from a 5 star is its started to look its age. Besides that we'll worth a visit

Cinema was very clean, not to cold but for me and my son after buying the tickets and two drinks it came to £27 so take your own sweet's and drink, Staff very helpful, Disabled Toilets very clean, I will go again x

It's great value for money compared to other cinemas and has offers on a Monday and Tuesday for cheaper tickets. It is accessible ish for customers with a disability. (If you don't mind sitting almost on the screen). It does have a disabled toilet also. The main negative is how dated it is and the damp smell. A lot of the chairs are broken. That can be off putting, but price wins out for me!

Nice place for a cinema to be situated on the beach, can go for walks if you have time to pass.

Great place to take our grandsons but found prices of sweets and popcorn and a drink really expensive.Enjoyed Cars 3 though.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. When I came here it was nice and quiet. Almost had the cinema to our selves while watching the new alien movie!

Shocking cinema!!! Arrived to watch the film, obviously started by getting the tickets and some food, ordered a nachos to find they had no sides to go with them, out of salsa, cheese and jalapenos, but wanted to charge full price just for a handful of cold plane nachos, which in itself wasn't cheap.
The film time stated it started at 5.20pm, got there on time, by 5.20 the screen was practically full with only a few seats left empty, but had site through 40 minutes of adverts before the film started, I paid to watch a film, not 40minutes of adverts, the ads were on for so long a lot of them where shown twice. You always expect adverts before a screening, usually in other cinemas 15 maybe 20 minutes of adverts. But the amount if time we were left waiting for the film to start was just ridiculous.its the second time we've been to reel port talbot just to be left waiting for a stupid period of time for the film to start. Won't be going to this place again. In my opinion theres Plenty of other, much better cinemas to go to for a better experience and worth the money.

Apart from the fact Reel is very close to me, I find the staff very helpful and friendly. There is always a good selection of films as well as drinks and snacks plus wine, beer and G&T in a can. Plenty of parking but you must enter your registration number into a machine in the lobby or you could get a ticket. Why go to Swansea when we have this super cinema on our doorstep. Everyone should support it more.

The Reel Cinema is fairly quiet and excellent value for money. Usually a trip to the cinema requires a mortgage, not so here. You can even book your tickets, pay in advance and collect them from a machine in the lobby. Don't forget to book your car in!

User

Absolutely stupid showing decisions. You show fantastic beasts which came out more than 2 months ago, but you don't show assassins creed, which came out less than 1 month ago!?!?!

User

Convenient, free parking right outside. Always good selection of current released films.

Cheap tickets and free parking can't make up for the uncomfortable seating in the auditorium. The seats are too upright and the legroom is totally unacceptable. We aren't talking budget airline levels of cramped seating. But it isn't far off.
