We aim to highlight, foster and encourage your skills through fun activity and relaxed discussion in a safe environment.

We support people who have experienced some form of illness, injury or trauma. The services are aimed at employed people if they have been, or are likely to be off work for four weeks or more. According to government statistics, around 855, 000 working people in England and Wales are presently off work for four weeks or more. Research indicates that without support, a significant proportion will struggle to return to employment.

Our expert coaches deliver a series of interventions and activities designed to improve an individuals mental and physical wellbeing, therefore improving the chances of return to work.

Our aim is to provide a springboard for individuals to make positive steps in their recovery and ultimately their return to employment. This can be achieved through adaptive sports and outdoor activities coupled with coaching techniques that aims to awaken an individual’s capabilities.

This training has made significant impact on a number of military personnel through a tried and tested programme of events similar to what we offer, achieving superb results and dramatic improvements in their mental wellbeing.
