COVID-19
After a lot of thought and many sleepless nights, it is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to temporarily close Renaissance Beauty and Holistic Therapies.
As you all know, beauty and massage therapy is a very contact led service. Due to being unable to adhere to the government guidelines of social distancing whilst treating clients, this is a risk I am not willing to take both for my clients and family.
... COVID-19 is not to be taken lightly and by temporarily closing I will be helping to fight against the spread of this this awful virus.
I will be contacting everyone who has upcoming treatments booked in to either rearrange or postpone.
Any vouchers which have not been redeemed and are still in date today will be extended for the duration of the closure.
I will be re-opening as soon as it's safe to do so and I'm already looking forward to seeing you all again.
I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support, patience and understanding through this unsettling time. I will miss you all!!
In the mean time, my phone will still be on and my social media page will continue, so please do not hesitate to contact me whenever you need to. I will be updating my Facebook page with lots of self-care and beauty tips to get you all through the next few months.

We are now in an unprecedented situation due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Renaissance strives to protect the wellbeing of all clients, especially those who could be most vulnerable to Coronavirus. Many of you are aware of my father's cancer journey and recent chemotherapy which has left him with a severely weakened immune system. Renaissance therefore has had to take guidance from the NHS and P...ublic Health England and asks you to take the following precautions:
1. If you have any symptoms which may be linked to Coronavirus such as a new persistent cough, a sore throat or fever please let me know so I can rearrange your appointment.
2. If you have been or think you have been in contact with someone who may have the virus, again, please contact me to rearrange your appointment.
3. I ask clients not to be offended when asked to wash their hands on arrival into the salon.
4. Renaissance now has extra precautions in place to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Renaissance will remain open for as long as it is safe to do so and will continue to follow guidance from the NHS and Public Health England.
