Suzuki RG500 gamma tuning tip time.. Primary compression, very important, having in the past getting packers for the cranks made in ally, making a mold and getting some cast, I thought I would be worth trying a bit of 3D printing, especially as I have a mate with one! These little bat wings are really light, I've bolted them in with a bed of epoxy as belt and braces measure. Thanks to Richard RB engineering for sorting the 3d printing.

Well the RG500 Suzuki gamma racer has been all but forgotten, what with Rhys doing his TT hero bit. So I was very happy to find the time to wake the project up, especially after the passing of Ian Frankland a good two stroke tuner and not just scooters!

And another old smoker out and about. Suzuki beamish normally reserved for wet cold winter runs gets out in sun with the Stroud Valley gang thanks to club for putting on a good event and Richard gwinnett for letting me ride shot gun.

We have a Yamaha LC in at the moment. We sold it back in 2012, bought as a barn find in the winter of 2008. Found some photos, of how it was and work in progress. Happy to say still looking as good now as when we finished it early 2009

11 Years on and our REPS Special GSXR750R Still looks the mutts!!! Lots of fun Modeling and Upgrading it... for Previous Customer.. Then Bought It and Rode It over Europe. Inc to the Top of The Stelvio Pass..(parked it in the snow) and now owned and loved by a Local Regular Customer getting it Ready to go to spain... cant beat a Jap Sports Bike...

We have been restoring a MOTO GUZZI for a customer, here's some photos of the build. We hope to have it finished soon with a top half fairing to go on.

Here's some pictures of a Yamaha TR1 we are building. It came to us as stalled project, the motor had been stripped completely after it wrecked the big end totaling the crank.

It's another snow day for us,, normal service should resume Monday..

Both Roy and Rhys are masters of their trades and have such a board range of experience from Road and race Bikes, to classics and quads.

There’s no hiding behind closed doors, if you want to watch the work get done you can, if you want to make a cuppa while you wait you can ( they’ll both take a tea, milk, no sugar)

I’ve know Royston for 20 plus years & more recently his partner in crime Rhys & they are awesome, their professionalism & expertise is without doubt the very best in Wales. They have built, rebuilt, tuned & worked on all types of bikes & scooters for me these are Highly recommended guys to go to.

I won't let anyone else touch my bikes, REPS' decades of experience is plainly evident everytime I've used them. Roy is a true gent, clearly has enthusiasm for his work, and has time for his customers, even when I've rung to ask stupid questions Roy and Rhys always have time to help.
