Been getting all my exotic pets, pet feed, housing substrate and all my other related needs from here for over 6 years and always look forward to coming. Younger gentleman who works there has priceless knowledge on all the plr reptiles and products and makes every visit amazing

Very knowledgable staff, with a good selection of bits for your reptile. I’ve got good advice from both of the staff on separate occasions and they were not pushy to recommend one product of their own to sell, they genuine care about the animals.

The staff didn't seem like they were too bothered with talking to me and answering my questions about the pet I wanted they were more interested in just selling me the animal when I had little knowledge about it. The person who was "speaking too me" didn't seem like he had enough knowledge about the exotic animal.

Very helpful and animals are well cared for staff are very knowable. They can't do enough for you it don't matter how many questions you ask they will answer them all. This is my new gecko purchased at the shop
