We provide full setups and all the equipment, accessories and food you could need - and we can even assemble and wire everything ready to plug in (no extra charge!) and deliver (direct message us a postcode for a quote).

These are African Pygmy Hedgehogs, bred by us. We also still have a 2 year old female for rehoming, message for details.

The last day for custom vivarium enclosures (ANY size to fit your space!) for Christmas is 29th November. Orders need to be in with a deposit by Thursday 6pm at the very latest! We will have our standard sizes (2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 4x2ft, chameleon setups, exo terras) available up to Christmas but please order early to avoid disappointment and don't forget we offer free local (Cardiff) delivery!

ive been using ben for my reptile supplies for a number of years now and after being misled by other reptile shops its really nice to see someone with genuine care and knowledge for all the animals he sells. ive had two snakes and as of today an ackie monitor from him and plan to continue using him for many years to come

excellent only wish his shop was closer to me i have had 2 bearded dragons of them and ask lodes of questions about care all ways help me never felt like i was being a pain . intact my next baby (corn snake ) is going to got from here as he takes very good care of all animals

Yesterday evening me and my partner turned up to the shop 5 minutes before closing because of the traffic, we were looking to take home a corn snake and full set up. Ben was there and he was an absolute star! Not only did he put up with me freaking out about holding a baby snake for the first time (and nearly losing it �) he also gave us loads of advice and helped us find the perfect snake for us. Then to top it all off he offered to put a vivarium together for us from scratch because he didn't have any pre-built. We didn't want to bother him but he insisted this was fine, and we didn't end up leaving until 7:45, extremely happy with our decision to get an older snake and absolutely amazed with the customer service we received!

We looked around for a few weeks for our Panther chameleon until deciding on one from Reptile cymru. Ben was so knowledgable and helped us with every detail of set up despite constantly being run off his feet. Our new Cham is settling in well and we will be driving 30minutes each way for the fresh live food and any equipment purchases. Thanks for all the time & help Ben & Meg �

Very friendly people always happy to give advice and always stocked for live foods as well as variety defo recommend this place to anybody who has reptiles

Thank you for helping us with our new snake Leonard (my sons choice of name) great shop, the animals are healthy and happy and my little boy is mega excited about having his first snake. I would highly recommend this shop.

My son bought his leopard gecko and full set up from here today. Fab shop, could spend hours and hours just looking at all the reptiles. Lovely man that served us, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back for a new viv for our corn snake.

My lovely little Emmit (African Pygmy Hedgehog) came from here and he is brilliant.



The guys at the shop have been so helpful and great with me. They helped with preparation for his arrival and even allowed me to spend time at the shop with the hedghogs before bringing him home. They are really knowledgeable and friendly.



I shall definitely be getting more exotic pets here the future. And recommending to anyone I know.

Ben was very knowledgeable and ensured I knew how to properly care for my bearded dragon. It was also very handy picking up my vivarium already built and with the lighting ready fitted.

I bought my first ever reptile the other day and I have to say the guys where we're amazing! They gave me so much help were really nice to me. I can't rate them enough! Wish I could give thrm 6 stars

Can't think of a bad word to say about these guys. Always happy to give advice and information when asked in store and online. Animals all look very healthy, products are always top notch and customer service is fantastic! I don't get home until 6:30 on weekdays and no longer have access to a car, but I'd ordered a vivarium set up from them and they offered to deliver after hours (they probably didn't get home until at least 9:15). I can't thank them enough for going out of their way! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for reptile supplies locally.

Came in for some substrate and left with a Giant African Millipede.. what a lovely and knowledgeable guy Ben is. The assistant was very helpful too. I will be back very soon!

Brilliant service from Ben today as my son bought a hognose. Good prices, friendly staff. Not the closest reptile shop to us, but we'll be making the additional journey to shop here in future where possible.
