Resqnet Wireless Broadband

The team at ResQ have been supporting us with all our I.T. Requirements for years and are now supplying our super fast internet as well. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Steff and Nick always go out of their way to help us out, even with the little things (of which there are a lot of as we are not that technically minded). Love the fact you can log in to our system and help out pretty much instantly. Outstanding service as always, thanks guys.

Always had a great experience with ResQ. Any issue resolved quickly and politely and I am glad to say I support a local business rather than a nationwide company who don't care about your experience, only your money.

I have been using ResQNet for over 4 years and have been extremely satisfied with the support we have received during some stressful times. The prompt service we have received has been outstanding especially from Team members Steph and Nick who have come to the rescue many times, when our systems have been down or we have needed help after we had to resolve many issues after a Team member left.

If you need any help with your PC needs then these guys are the ones I can highly recommend.

Had the service from ResQ since 2015 and its been great, far better than the unreliable 0.5mbps we had from BT. I also use a VOIP phone which saves me a fortune. Always had great service and any issues resolved very quickly. ResQ has made it possible for me to do business in a very rural area...now getting 30mbps upload AND download!

Poor Poor service - (Don't know where my original review went from 3+ years ago ?, but thought I would re-post as I feel people should be aware about this company) - Overloaded network, Weather dependant, Slow Response, Slow Speeds at peak... Happy Plusnet customer now ;)

quick service to install, installation went well much tidier and careful than sky dish installation done signal woks well majority of the time only the odd drop out. No tech support reqd as yet, good to know that if reqd its local not in bleeding India like BT and most other providers these days
