Restoration Therapies Description
The vision behind Restoration Therapies is to provide high quality individually tailored complementary therapy treatments.
Society is increasingly busy, people have a wide range of pressures on them and a variety of different demands on their time. This can often cause health to become something we forget to monitor and maintain; our bodies suffer from the pace of life and our stress levels rise. Complementary Therapies can help to bring our bodies into a more balanced state while also providing a safe space for people to have time to themselves to stop, refocus and to be restored
The available therapies are Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Holistic Massage.

We had a great class on Friday night, in fact we booked out so quickly that we are putting on another one on the 15th March just from the waiting list from Friday. That is now booked out too!!!
So I guess I can honestly say if you want a place on the 12th April book it in quick!
