Results Room Description
Results Room is small group training sessions coached by our experienced fitness team.
It is a comprehensive range of training sessions that will help you lose fat, increase strength, improve cardio fitness and help you feel confident about training and performing gym techniques. Each session is undertaken by one of the Fitness coaching team, with the focus of a specific aspect of fitness, so you develop the skills that fast track results. Unlike other general and standard circuit type classes where exercises are thrown together, the Results Rooms sessions are structured and planned for all ability, fitness and skill levels.
