I have shopped at Retreat for several years now, excellent range of clothes, always a good selection on offer. James has a great eye for detail and always on hand for advice if you need it.

Quality independent mens clothing shop, with great selection to choose from. Not a run of the mill generic men's clothing store - Retreat offers good quality European and American brands.
Clothes alteration service also available.
Very friendly and helpful knowledgeable staff who are very happy to go the extra mile to help and give advice. If you can't see what you're looking for on the shelf, ask. If it's not in stock it can be quickly ordered.

Please avoid Retreat Clothing and do not do business with James Bearley. We unfortunately are having to take him to small claims court after he refused to refund merchandise despite verbal agreement to do so and products not being fit for purpose. We have now been waiting 2 months for the replacement products he assured would be a 2 week wait, and feel court is only option as he never returns calls. 1 star is far too generous for this business!
