Rhaeadr Nantcol Waterfalls

Campsite was an idyllic spot. We timed our stay poorly with the weather: the ground became quite boggy and the car got stuck. Perfect for fair weather camping, though!

Thanks to the owners, beautiful views, lovely privacy and log fire to match. Will definately come back again next year when the weather's in our favour, but it didn't spoil a thing, if anything it made it an adventure, even swimming in the river in late Oct, great photos. Great walk even if it was a little steep for young children and parents in places beautiful countryside views and river walk and only £3 to park so well worth the money for the hour or so we spent their.

Amazing location with stunning surroundings! The staff are very friendly, answered all of our questions about the local area and recommended places to visit. The site itself has come of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen in a camp site. Location is in a league of its own. We will definitely return.

Great experience in one of the Glamping pods this weekend. Loved the fact you could have a camp fire, clean showers, gorgeous surroundings. Camp fire pits outside both pods and everything supplied by reception so no need to bring anything. Guys running it very friendly and helpful. Would come back again :)

My husband and I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! We drove 5 hours back and forth just to keep coming every chance we got. Unfortunately were stationed back in America and my husband was spoiled at this location and nothing here seems to compare to what we loved there. We actually miss it! The location is beautiful and peaceful. The owners are wonderful people who care about the property. I always recommend our friends to go here. This campsite will always be in our memories and pictures of our experiences with alway be in a frame on our walls. - The Americans with the Red Truck :)

Magical setting, great facilities. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the river and waking up to the call of the cookoo! Great walks for all abilities along the water and through the oak woodland.
The facilities were clean and of a high standard. Showers require a 50p charge card (available at reception) as the campsite owners have to discourage day visitors to the waterfalls from using them. Excellent WiFi available for a small cost. Reception has limited opening times, so make sure you are aware of them if you need assistance on arrival.
