Rhandregynwen Hall B&B

About Rhandregynwen Hall B&B

Welcome to Rhandregynwen Hall 5 star Bed and Breakfast, an elegant 18th century brick farm house that nestles in the picturesque Vyrnwy Valley on the Powys /Shropshire border close to the bustling market towns of Welshpool, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. Rhandregynwen Hall has now been rated a Five Star Bed and Breakfast by Visit Wales.

Whether you’re seeking a weekend break, walking along the neighbouring Offa’s Dyke or just visiting relatives in the area, this Visit Wales four star graded bed and breakfast is a must.

We, Mark and Gill Johannsen, purchased this lovely pre-Georgian property, which stands in 50 acres of lush, green pastureland, in the spring of 2006. We have lovingly restored and modernised the building to the highest standard, taking great care to retain its character and original features, which include a wealth of exposed beams.

Such is the peace and tranquility of this idyllic setting that our visitors are surprised to discover that we are less than a mile from the A483 road from Oswestry to Welshpool.

With our three luxurious guest rooms at Rhandregynwen Hall, we try to cater for the comfort of visiting guests. We have spared no expense in our quest to provide top quality accommodation.

We think we can offer something for virtually everyone staying at Rhandregynwen. If you want to soak up the tranquility and recharge the batteries, that’s fine. But we can also offer a variety of exciting activities, ranging from canoeing on the River Vyrnwy to archery.

We have ample parking for visitors who opt to drive here, or we can arrange pick to you up from a local train station if you prefer.
