Rhiannon Jewellery

The stone popped out of our engagement ring after Rhiannon had resized it. Other jewellers had found the fault to be with the work Rhiannon did. Whilst initially keen to help, three and a half months have passed and several promises to have the ring back to us. We're still waiting...

Update: they lost our engagement ring. They kindly said they would remake one to the original specification, but are being very slow and uncommunicative. 6 months without our engagement ring and wondering what they are prioritising over us.

Update again: almost nine months without our ring and hoping they will agree to reimburse the cost of the lost ring as no evidence of a replacement being made.

Rhiannon has two shops, the first in Tregaron, and the second in Aberystwyth. I've found that visiting either can be problematic for a man wishing to buy something really special for his wife's birthday. So much choice! While some of the work includes the traditional Celtic knotwork, many designs are innovative and modern. I was fascinated by the Teifi earrings and necklace - in matt silver and a gold inlay depicting the River Teifi.
