We are the UK based international sales office of Rhino Board, a business headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. We manufacture thermo-fused, open cell, polypropylene honeycomb core which is used as a sacrificial fixture to support raw materials being cut on a water jet table. Bulk Density and thickness can be bespoke to fit specific customer needs. Our standard specification in the USA is 54. 5" x 30" with thickness of 2", 3" or 4". Our standard specification in the Rest Of The World is 1200mm x 800mm x 46mm. Both measurements are designed to optimise local trucking regulations to take advantage of the most popular sized pallet positions available without tipping over into oversized loads.
