Rhondda Sports Centre

Gym instructors teach you how to use equipment properly but when asked for a fitness or weight loss plan they are pretty useless. I waited 3 month then just cancelled my membership equipment is up to date. Swimming pool is great for families its free at specific times on Saturdays and school holidays it's not a beach pool but goes from quite shallow to deep and has got a swimmers only section also a wheelchair lift into the pool. The life guards are usually happy if you want to borrow equipment normally more than 2 lifeguards supervising the pool. There is a sauna and a hall for parties football ect. I know there are lots of activities. Inside and out

My daughter attended a charity event here. The staff and venue was brilliant. Credit to the sports centre.

Up to date gym, fantastic pool, been going swimming there since I was a child and now take my own boy 👍🏻

Clean changing rooms. Lovely pool area, with a great viewing gallery. Brilliant for gala day

Ok local sports centre. Does everything you need it to, and the work they have done recently has spruced up the place

Friendly helpful staff and polite very well equipped gym got loads to do down there could do with more club.s. And actively on the more card as it depends on what centre you use to the extra services you get which I belive should be available at every location
