Nice course with some nice views. Well maintained. Good for a high handicapper with lots of wide fairways and a couple of holes that will test the better player. Lots of freshly planted trees so in years to come the course will visually improve and become a little less
forgiving. Friendly clubhouse and club pro. Onto the accomodation.. we got the 1 night 2 round b+b package, for the price we paid you cant really grumble. Improvements are being carried out and hopefully they continue throughout the entire building as everything is very tired and dated and in need of urgent refurbishment.

We visited to attend a friend's birthday party. The venue was good for this and the food provided in the evening seemed fresh and reasonably tasty. The toilets for the bar/function area were clean and functional. A number of friends at the party stayed overnight at the hotel and gave terrible reports of the accommodation. It is not possible to book rooms online and it seems like their bookings are very poorly managed. Single occupants were in larger rooms than those who needed twin rooms - so they were shoehorned together. Some reported no mirror in the room, curtains were poorly hung and didnt shut fully, 3 rooms had to share a bathroom, beds were uncomfortable, a bathroom window had clear glass and hadn't got a blind to prevent people seeing in, and the accommodation was generally very dated. Luckily we were unable to get a room there and had to stay elsewhere but all of those that stayed were of the opinion that the hotel lacked staff with hospitality training and was certainly not worth the rates charged.

Lovely course as long as the weather is kind. club house and pro shop very friendly. I highly recommend it

The course is located on the beautiful North Wales coast. Firstly I would say all the staff were friendly,and welcoming.
The course is manicured to a very high level. The rough kept to reasonable levels,for the average golfer. Whilst being a generally good and fair test,the course demands accuracy. The greens are first class,and a medium/fast speed. I welcome the investment in tree planting. Not only do these enhance the enviroment. But in years to come will aid wildlife. And please the eye of all who play here. It I feel represents,good value for money.Well worth a visit in my opinion !
