Staff really nice and very helpful
Could do with cleaning ticket machine i was scared to touch it, and weeds along the track huge in need of clearing otherwise ok
Used this station about 4 times now. Nice old style, clean and tidy and very helpful staff.
Well located for the town and lots of taxis available outside at reasonable prices.

Great station with a lovely old style. Trains are regular and they use an electronic ticket system so I can just get on my train without the fumble of extracting my ticket everyone I see a new member of staff.
Nice clean station
Rhyl train station is kept clean and tidy and is a fairly pleasant place to wait for a train! Staff have always been fairly helpful although I have sometimes experienced long queues to get a ticket. All train announcements are in both Welsh and English!
