Rhyl Leisure Centre strive to provide an excellent service with a newly refurbished next generation Fitness Suite, modernised swimming lessons and an innovative class programme to suit all abilities.

Fitness Membership – With a newly refurbished Fitness Suite, equipped with superb Technogym equipment, knowledgeable and inspirational Team of Instructors and the latest gadgets to help monitor and manage fitness believe we will have you motivated and focused to exceed goals from day 1. Included in the membership we guide you through a Personal Fitness Plan where you will learn the basics and importance of exercise and wellbeing, get advise and support to set short /medium and long term goals, nutritional advice /exercise adaptations and progressions, programme reviews and the opportunity to try out new exhilarating exercises.
The Fitness Team are dedicated to offer a friendly service, listen and meet your every need and exceed expectations every step of your journey.
