That poor they can't even put the correct opening times online, pretty sure they're not open till 23:00

People are damn lazy. Not at all happy with the service provided. Takes ages to get the required information (looks like no one is aware of the actual process).

Never opens on time,some of the staff need to get some manners,waiting time half an hour,need more staff who can do the job right like those from the old post office.
