Richard is a fantastic personal trainer he is dedicated professional passionate and very knowledgable in what he does ! he has transformed me within a 6 week time frame and its been a successful one not any of these quick fixes or fad diets he has changed my lifestyle around the the healthy way i feel alot more confident, happy healthy and my fitness levels have improved massively! Just completed a 3 week bootcamp with rich, and am so happy with my results! I decided to join the guys on bootcamp (2 weeks late) to get ready for a ballet show I have coming up, wearing a leotard on stage really shows up those lumps an bumps you really don't want to see.... Already feeling fitter and in better shape! Absolutely love the team rees gym and everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. For someone who usually stays away from the gym, I'm now 100% converted and will be carrying on my fitness journey with Richard and the guys at team rees gym, looking forward to seeing where the next few months take me! Just completed 6 weeks of personal training sessions with Abbie and I'm amazed by my results.

I'd been going to the gym for just over a year but wasn't seeing any changes to my body, feeling very frustrated I got in touch with Abbie and started sessions straight away, 100% the best decision I have ever made, she has given me amazing results and boosted my confidence immensely, so grateful!

I also attend Richards SHREEDD class every Thursday night which is very challenging but amazing, look forward to it every week�Thank you guys for all your encouragement and making me feel great about myself, Team Rees is by far the best��!!!!

I’ve just completed stage 1 of Richard’s 6week transformation program and I couldn’t be happier!! Richard is very passionate about what he does and the knowledge he shares is unbelievable. I chose to train with Richard because I knew he would give me the verbal kick up the butt that I’ve needed for a long time. Richard has delivered on his promise that he would make me a better runner and that my times would improve no end... and they have!! At the beginning of this 6week challenge I never thought I’d get close to the 02:12:18 time I had in the Cardiff Half Marathon and without Richard’s pep talks and bespoke training/diet plans it would never have happened. I would highly recommend ‘Team Rees’ for your Personal Training journey... if you want results these are the guys for you!!

I’m not a member of Richard Rees gym but have followed him for a while. 5 weeks ago I seen that he was advertising his bootcamp and messaged his page straight away. I didn’t even give it a second thought and I almost forgot How unfit I was and that I couldn’t even run.

First week in Johnathan took us outside and made us sprint. SPRINT, I cant even jog. This was only our 3rd session of bootcamp. I thought there is no way I’m going to complete this, I wanted to give up. This was going to be a tough 5 weeks.

With the encouragement from Richard, Johnathan and the rest of the girls I’ve got through the most enjoyable 5 weeks, I Evan managed to jog 4 K. Richard ran the last bit by the side of me and encouraged me to keep going. I definitely would of stopped without his encouragement.

I have met a great bunch of girls, I’ll definitely be signing up for the next 5 weeks bootcamp and will join this gym.

I highly recommend Richard Rees Gym nothing there is to much trouble. This applies all staff at the gym.

I joined boot camp 5 weeks ago after not going to the gym for 2 years it was a bit daunting at first but as I went more and more every week I started to enjoy it even though after my first session with Richard I thought shit what have I done I felt so sick thought I was going to need the sick bucket lol � but no pain no gain as they say but I stuck it out and I’m glad I did at the end of the 5 weeks I have lost 9lb and 6 inches which I am proud of as it has given me the kick up the but I needed I can highly recommend the gym the equipment is amazing and everyone is so friendly and willing to help and give you advice I will definitely be using the gym to carry out my journey ready for my holiday so look out Richard you haven’t got rid of me and would like to say a big thank you �

I joined Team Rees 6 weeks ago and definately have no regrets! I have just completed stage one of the 1 to 1 six week training programme and couldn't be happier with my results. My confidence has increased and I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, and has given me the motivation I needed to start my fitness journey. I have just finished stage 2 with Richard. 12 weeks ago I did not have any confidence in my self and was stuck in a rut! I asked Richard for help and he has been amazing! I can not recommend him enough my confidence is coming back and I am feeling a lot more confident in using the gym and lifting weights and also attending classes by myself. I saw an opportunity to do a 5 week boot camp and I was at a stage in my life where I need to sort my weight out as it was getting out of control. It’s the best thing I have ever done, and I was so wrong about everyone being clicky - once you join you are apart of the team, eveyone has been So welcoming and I have made lots of new friends along the way - Richard and Johnathan work hard In making everyone achieve their goals and in 5 short weeks I have lost 9lbs and 6.25 inches - thanks guys �

I am a trained pe teacher and have always been a very active individual and thought I knew quite a lot about training and nutrition. However since having trained with Richard for the past 6 weeks I have leaned an enormous amount about training smarter and eating for training. The purpose of taking pt with Richard was to support my daughter who felt that she needed a helping hand to get her back on the road to fitness. I can honestly say that Richard has been superb in supporting mali, giving her encouragement and motivation to get her mojo back!! Looking forward to the next phase.

I Joined Team Rees back in January with the Orrange army running club. After progressing further than I ever thought I could under the watchful eye of Richard and getting a feel for the fab atmosphere within the Team I made the decision to start having Personal Training with Abbie. My progress has continued consistently and Abbie has helped me totally smash my goals so far this year! I'm now completely confident in training with weights alone at the gym which I would never have thought I would and my body shape is Changing by the week! Abbie and Richard are both as excited to hit my goals as I am and this is just a driving force behind not ever quitting and just always pushing forward! I Would 100% recommend these guys and their services to anyone! Even my husband has now started PT with Richard and he too is loving his journey!! After suffering with back pain for years, my physio said I needed to go to the gym 3 times a week. (I thought gym was a mans name!) I approached Richard and asked for some much needed help to get me fitter and strengthen up. Richard has shown me how to exercise and do weights the correct way, so I don’t aggravate my back any further. Each week I have a tailored workout to suit me, with great advice, encouragement and tips on healthy eating. I have even managed to lose weight which was a huge bonus! Best thing I ever done! Thanks Rich, you haven’t got rid of me yet though! Bikini body next!

Richard is an outstanding personal trainer. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him over the last 8 weeks and look forward to working with him again in the future. Just completed my stage 1 with Richard and i can honestly say I have found the right trainer ! Richard is a fantastic personal trainer he is dedicated professional passionate and very knowledgable in what he does ! he has transformed me within a 6 week time frame and its been a successful one not any of these quick fixes or fad diets he has changed my lifestyle around the the healthy way i feel alot more confident, happy healthy and my fitness levels have improved massively! Just completed a 3 week bootcamp with rich, and am so happy with my results! I decided to join the guys on bootcamp (2 weeks late) to get ready for a ballet show I have coming up, wearing a leotard on stage really shows up those lumps an bumps you really don't want to see.... Already feeling fitter and in better shape! Absolutely love the team rees gym and everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. For someone who usually stays away from the gym, I'm now 100% converted and will be carrying on my fitness journey with Richard and the guys at team rees gym, looking forward to seeing where the next few months take me! Just completed 6 weeks of personal training sessions with Abbie and I'm amazed by my results.

I'd been going to the gym for just over a year but wasn't seeing any changes to my body, feeling very frustrated I got in touch with Abbie and started sessions straight away, 100% the best decision I have ever made, she has given me amazing results and boosted my confidence immensely, so grateful!

I also attend Richards SHREEDD class every Thursday night which is very challenging but amazing, look forward to it every week�Thank you guys for all your encouragement and making me feel great about myself, Team Rees is by far the best��!!!!

I’ve just completed stage 1 of Richard’s 6week transformation program and I couldn’t be happier!! Richard is very passionate about what he does and the knowledge he shares is unbelievable. I chose to train with Richard because I knew he would give me the verbal kick up the butt that I’ve needed for a long time. Richard has delivered on his promise that he would make me a better runner and that my times would improve no end... and they have!! At the beginning of this 6week challenge I never thought I’d get close to the 02:12:18 time I had in the Cardiff Half Marathon and without Richard’s pep talks and bespoke training/diet plans it would never have happened. I would highly recommend ‘Team Rees’ for your Personal Training journey... if you want results these are the guys for you!!

I’m not a member of Richard Rees gym but have followed him for a while. 5 weeks ago I seen that he was advertising his bootcamp and messaged his page straight away. I didn’t even give it a second thought and I almost forgot How unfit I was and that I couldn’t even run.

First week in Johnathan took us outside and made us sprint. SPRINT, I cant even jog. This was only our 3rd session of bootcamp. I thought there is no way I’m going to complete this, I wanted to give up. This was going to be a tough 5 weeks.

With the encouragement from Richard, Johnathan and the rest of the girls I’ve got through the most enjoyable 5 weeks, I Evan managed to jog 4 K. Richard ran the last bit by the side of me and encouraged me to keep going. I definitely would of stopped without his encouragement.

I have met a great bunch of girls, I’ll definitely be signing up for the next 5 weeks bootcamp and will join this gym.

I highly recommend Richard Rees Gym nothing there is to much trouble. This applies all staff at the gym.

I joined boot camp 5 weeks ago after not going to the gym for 2 years it was a bit daunting at first but as I went more and more every week I started to enjoy it even though after my first session with Richard I thought shit what have I done I felt so sick thought I was going to need the sick bucket lol � but no pain no gain as they say but I stuck it out and I’m glad I did at the end of the 5 weeks I have lost 9lb and 6 inches which I am proud of as it has given me the kick up the but I needed I can highly recommend the gym the equipment is amazing and everyone is so friendly and willing to help and give you advice I will definitely be using the gym to carry out my journey ready for my holiday so look out Richard you haven’t got rid of me and would like to say a big thank you �

I joined Team Rees 6 weeks ago and definately have no regrets! I have just completed stage one of the 1 to 1 six week training programme and couldn't be happier with my results. My confidence has increased and I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, and has given me the motivation I needed to start my fitness journey. I have just finished stage 2 with Richard. 12 weeks ago I did not have any confidence in my self and was stuck in a rut! I asked Richard for help and he has been amazing! I can not recommend him enough my confidence is coming back and I am feeling a lot more confident in using the gym and lifting weights and also attending classes by myself. I have been following team rees on Facebook for a few years but was always scared of joining, I felt that it would be too clicky as everyone seemed to know each other - how wrong was I �

I saw an opportunity to do a 5 week boot camp and I was at a stage in my life where I need to sort my weight out as it was getting out of control. It’s the best thing I have ever done, and I was so wrong about everyone being clicky - once you join you are apart of the team, eveyone has been So welcoming and I have made lots of new friends along the way - Richard and Johnathan work hard In making everyone achieve their goals and in 5 short weeks I have lost 9lbs and 6.25 inches - thanks guys �

I am a trained pe teacher and have always been a very active individual and thought I knew quite a lot about training and nutrition. However since having trained with Richard for the past 6 weeks I have leaned an enormous amount about training smarter and eating for training. The purpose of taking pt with Richard was to support my daughter who felt that she needed a helping hand to get her back on the road to fitness. I Joined Team Rees back in January with the Orrange army running club. After progressing further than I ever thought I could under the watchful eye of Richard and getting a feel for the fab atmosphere within the Team I made the decision to start having Personal Training with Abbie. My progress has continued consistently and Abbie has helped me totally smash my goals so far this year! I'm now completely confident in training with weights alone at the gym which I would never have thought I would and my body shape is Changing by the week! Abbie and Richard are both as excited to hit my goals as I am and this is just a driving force behind not ever quitting and just always pushing forward! After suffering with back pain for years, my physio said I needed to go to the gym 3 times a week. (I thought gym was a mans name!) I approached Richard and asked for some much needed help to get me fitter and strengthen up. Richard has shown me how to exercise and do weights the correct way, so I don’t aggravate my back any further. Each week I have a tailored workout to suit me, with great advice, encouragement and tips on healthy eating. I have even managed to lose weight which was a huge bonus! Best thing I ever done!
