Firstly the staff seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and genuine however the service costs are utterly astounding even by main dealer prices.

Quoted £700 for a major service on a K1200S, checked my history and this had already been done at a cost of £500 in Oxford. Rang back to get a quote on what was basically oils and lubes - £300 est (more than my BMW 318 CI sport cost), then got a call back with a firm quote £431. Expecting that by the time i got the work done it would be a minimum of £500 i gave up and went elsewhere.

Not very helpful at all that's before you buy a bike not interested wanted a test ride

Absolutely fantastic customer service and sound advice. . They will look after their customer and they have a great selection of bikes.

Expensive (BMW & Ducati) motorcycles to drool over

I called in riders of Cardiff yesterday for some service advice on my husqvarna 650 which I believe had a bmw engine. I was met by a very sarcastic salesman who offered no help or advice and told me my best friend was Google. If you can't help be polite and definitely don't be sarcastic we are your potential customers.

Really helpful..russel in sales and john in the parts/service dept offera very honest service plus nothing is too much trouble..great staff ad a nice coffee shop upstairs..plus a coach to the nec bike show is laid on annually.😁
