Kids go back to school and time to get ourselves back into the Gym after returning from our summer holidays, and making the most of the heatwave!!!
Half hour fitness classes that burn up to a 1000 calories and a place we can have FUN! Who knew a fitness class could be exciting,... but we are all about that at RIKASYSTEMZ!!! 🤩🤩😀
We are going to be doing a promotion of Back to school September so keep your eyes peeled!!!! 😎 dont miss out on the action, we are also looking to implement more variety of classes and days for you guys, and also looking for a location in Bridgend aswell as K2 to be able to do the best for you!
