Risca Pandas Support Group

We're a community support group affiliated with PANDAS (pre /post natal depression advice and support) for Risca and surrounding areas.

Risca PANDAS was founded in 2017 by Jade Newman and Terri Barrett. We want to provide a safe place in the local area for mums, dads, carers and support workers to come and talk about pre and post natal depression.

We believe no-one should suffer with a mental illness in silence and should never feel ashamed of their thoughts and feelings. We want to provide the community with somewhere to just talk, let it all out and possibly take the first few tentative steps to recovery.

We'll be there to listen. We've been there too.
