Teach Your Dog to Stop Pulling on the Lead, Not only is walking your dog great exercise for you both, it is a great way for you to bond with your dog, too. However, if your dog pulls on the lead you might be put off walking them as regularly as you should. Not only does this mean they don’t get sufficient exercise, it also suggests that you don’t have full control of your dog, which is important.
