Very nice place to end at after a long walk on the beach

Interesting facts to read about. A small small shop to buy stuff to raise money for the RNLI. You can get very close to the boat to look at it. The beach next to it is small but nice.

Go and see the impressive modern craft here! A nice walk to it aswell

Set off in a "new to us" little fishing boat for ten minutes in the bay.. Ended up my partner having to row for five hours to stop us from being taken out to sea when someone saw the SOS torch and alerted the coastguard. The relief at being rescued was indescribable as is the gratitude we feel for all involved that night. Definitely 5 star service from the whole organisation and the Paramedics too.

Park on golf course or national trust parking area £4-5, nice walk through the golf course but be mindful of stray golf balls! If gate is open you could drive but wouldn't risk it. Ty Coch Inn was voted 3rd best beach bar in the world! Gets busy at times, beach next to life boat station can get busy too. Water usually crystal clear, weather can change instantly.

I've seen the series on S4C and the boat house is amazing. They do a great job saving lives at sea.
