A good place to take a break after the long long drive from London. For some reason a good atmosphere although only a service station.

I had a really good cup o latta coffee in a bright clean seatting area, with helpful staff, a very nice experience

Modernised smaller services at end/start of M4. Decent chain food with clean seating area. Small shop. Loo's bit limited. Pricey fuel. Be careful as you drive out.

Great services nice and clean. I might be bias stopped here every year for last 30 years of holidaying! Means we were nearly there!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich which had to he made to order. Whilst waiting a staff member had gone into the freezer and dropped the hash browns on a wet floor as the bag split. She then put them back in the bag and put them back in the freezer. Unaware I was watching she did this. There was unattended waste food on the floor by the counter on customers side while other staff in the kitchen just laughed and giggled at their jokes while the customer area was like a new start to a landfill area. Went into the male toilets cubicle and they absolutely stunk of urine and clearly not cleaned anytime prior to that so I went to use the disabled toilet which was even worse. Used sanitary products wrappers on the floor including human feaces on the toilet seat which was inhabited by about 3 blue bottle flies in that compartment. I left without my breakfast as I was appalled by what I seen and as I was returning home after a night shift just wanted to go without the hassle of waiting for possibly contaminated food.

Great since it has been refurbished. Costa is great with friendly staff and McDonald's is as you would expect.

The food from the Burger King is the only big chain store outside of the USA that l have ever found that the burgers to look and taste amazing 😀

Took my daughter to the toilet and counted 5 flies in there. Went to the McDonald's and there were flies all over the counters. Won't be eating there again.

Food absolute rubbish. In the past better without Mc Donalds. For me...never again.

Pleasant staff, at Costa + McDonald’s both helpful.
A good place to stop at the end of the M4 after all the stress of the Motorway. But fuel Prices are Extortion.( in my opinion) 😁

Not a bad service station.Costa Coffee and W H Smith. Grassy area to stretch your legs on and have a picnic, well away from the road. Friendly staff.

Usual food outlets selling their standard fare to their usual standard. You know what you will be getting but that is ok!

Handy to have at the end of the m4 good stop for anyone who's been travelling for a long time. Theres a mcdonalds, roadchef and costa or starbucks.

Be very careful, I've just received a Parking charge after staying here for 2 hours and 34 minutes. I didn't even get out of the car for the first half hour and was waiting for someone! £60 if I pay before 21st December!! Not happy at all.
