Great way to start a Thursday with 2 PBs. Erin hit 120kg for a 3 rep max on her deadlifts (her old 1 rep max / 15kg increase from Aug) then hit 60kg for a 3 rep max on her push press (her old 1 rep max/5kg increase from Aug)πŸ‘

Getting back into this running business with a nice wee paced 5k treadmill run - 28.30 for time which keeps me on pace and means I'm on the same time I was at prior to the Dublin Marathon in Oct. Not bad for having a month off πŸ˜‚πŸ‘Œ #whysosweaty #nofilters

Following on from my post about the London marathon in April I will be doing a few different raffles in the New Year. So this has happened πŸ™ˆ been selected/asked to run the 2019 London Marathon for Cancer Fund for Children in April. I'm actually pretty excited to get back to running and give myself another challenge in one of (if not the) biggest marathons in the world! When someone asks me about nutrition this is the response I give them and you know what - it works 99% of the time!!
If you aren't going for a bodybuilding or fitness model show then you DO NOT need to diet!
Stop being fooled by 'good pts' trying to sell you nutrition plans when they dont even know you! Spend your money on something you'll stick to or have to be accountable for I.e. 1 to 1 PT sessions and you WILL see results much quicker than having to count how many grams of rice you're eating everyday βœŠπŸ’¦
