Been away from this gym for a while die to a location change with work. But I'm back!
Really friendly people / staff. They all help where they can. Really enjoy the bootcamp sessions and spin also.
Highly recommend this gym.

Great gym, got a lovely collection of machinery and free weights. And their cafè has some lovely tasting supplements. And some hench friendly
Dudes will spot you if you try to lift something a lil too heavy, very friendly people there.
