This gym has everything! Sunbeds,a barbers and a one of a kind Cafe, and the staff are very friendly.. By far the best gym around in the area would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to the gym. :)

Staff are so friendly & bubbly, some gyms lack in the warm welcome by staff as you enter & leave, I personally think customer service is important... if your having a bad day, nothing like a happy smile to brighten your day� I find the gym very glamorous/funky .... classes are exactly what I need for my body & fitness goals �. Love the app, found the food information simple & easy to remember.... can’t wait to see what R.D’S can do for my body AND mind .... Endorphins = Happens ��

Joined at the beginning of January and I absolutely love this gym! The staff are so friendly and helpful, always a warm welcome. I really enjoy the classes and there's a great selection. The instructors are fantastic too!. I've also met lovely people since I joined, whom have been very encouraging. My confidence in getting fit is growing thanks to this fantastic place. Xx

I've been a member for a few years and over this time I've met some fab friends. The staff are excellent. Very helpful and easy to approach. The knowledge I've gained from the instructors has been priceless. I've recently had training sessions and achieved some personal goals.

I'd highly recommend the gym for not only gaining and improving your fitness levels but as an excellent environment to improve your mind and wellbeing.

Fab staff....fab gym...fab clients.

I joined.R D 6years ago seen some awesome Instructors come and go still love the gym and still Awesome instructors training.you. R,D still the best gym for me :-) :-) xx

I joined this morning and I'm throughly impressed. This gym is exactly what I was looking. They have impressive selection of equipment and it's a very nice environment to train in.

Jack and Donna were very friendly, helpful and welcoming when I first walked through the door and they explained the facilities and price packages in great detail.

I'm already looking forward to training there again tomorrow

I have been at this gym siince it opened .. all through this time i have been treat with respect and warmth ... Ive made some great frienfs ... There is plenty of equipment etc etc .... Most of all we are like a big family and any new people are welcomed by one and all .... Truly amazing .... I got love for you guys <3

I enjoy going to the gym, there's easy parking out straight side. It's easy getting in using my Club card plus you always get a lovely greeting from the friendly and helpful staff. If you do have a problem using one of the pieces of equipment, you only have to ask a staff member who are more than willing to oblige. The locker room, toilets and shower area are always kept clean. I haven't used the Sauna or Steam room for a while, but I know they are fab after a great workout. There are also a very diverse selection of members of all ages, its great I love it !!!

Great gym friendly environment,great equipment and Cy Gwyllt supplements and beastro in the gym makes training so much easier with food being prepared while you train and waiting for you on the table fresh straight after training,so many healthy dishes to choose from and a wide variety of supplements.
