Must agree with most of the comments. Spent most of the day being past from one department to another,we'll ring you back ,we'll email service and get them to ring you back. Still nothing at 4pm since 9am this morning. Absolute RUBBISH . Won't be using again.

Called 4 times yesterday, no reply! Called at 8.15am this morning and was told by Sales someone would call me back to book in for service. Still nothing back. Emailed their central bookings team earlier today and still no reply from them either. No difference from Lookers when they owned the place. I will be taking my business to Griffin mill from now on!

Absolutely terrible..please don't go here..it took them 2 week to give our car to us..this is after we put down our deposit.. serious lack of organisation..on the day we collected our car the salesman told us to come at 15:00 and when we got there we waited for 45mins and no one has the manners to tell us that we had to wait longer...in the end we went looking for the manager that is when we found out that they had a problem with the paperwork..they told us to come back at 17:30 then..finally when we got the car the insurance people said they sent the certificate to the garage and when we go to collect it we can get a print out...we got there and they had no clue and told us they will email it to us the day after.. throughout all this they never at one point apologized peoperly..please take your business else where..you will find much better customer service..thanks

Excellent as always . Jamie Humphreys has exceptional customer service. Would absoublty recommend getting your next car from lookers.
