About me:
My name is Rachael "Rocky" Morgan, I have been a chef for the last six years, working mainly in hotels in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. This year 2019, I decided to quit my job as a sous chef in a two rosette hotel, and start my own little business. I found I wasn't improving or learning new skills in my current job, and wanted to immerse myself in everything Scandinavian : D I love their culture, history and food scenes!

My business has grown so quickly over the last few months, the name "Bee in the Bonnet" was created to get people talking about bees and to help them /save them. My business is now starting to create an image and I wanted to have a name that went with it.
The name "Rocky" is my nickname as a chef, given to me by one of my first head chefs, and has stuck ever since, so I thought it was fitting to name my business after it : )
