User

Another Wedding party here tonight, congratulations Mr & Mrs Jones and a piper here too!

User

had a fabulous time at the billy ocean event last night, from security, bar staff and and all the facilities put in place for the event was superb, will highly recommend this venue to friends and family

User

Went to see Billy Ocean! Had a great afternoon/evening well worth the money to see him and Big Mac Band what a gentleman Billy was too ! Hopefully more of this kind of thing in the future .

User

Matchday home of my Dragons, great

User

Had a great time at the billy ocean concert...couldn't fault anything had a great time. ..be keeping my eye out for further concerts. ..thank you for an excellent night.

User

Great day at the Gin Festival. Well organised with separate gin stations which meant no long queues for drinks. Great gin masterclass with Christos and music on the stage outside

User

Fantastic night, fantastic people and very friendly staff. From the steward that welcomed us at the gate, the dj who made the night run like clock work and Kelly who let us dismantle her stage, Rodney Parade and all the Newport Gwent Dragons made Devious feel like family on our very first visit. Thank you for having us. Much love, Devious. X.

User

Fantastic night in Business Suite celebrating a friends' Wedding. Disco catered for everyone - lots of 60s music to sing & dance to before progressing to more up to date songs. Buffet was exceptionally good, best I have experienced.

On a very very warm day/evening the air conditioning was an absolute blessing.

User

Season ticket holder , good seat able to purchase same seat season by season .Have been lucky enough to have hospitality 3 times this season to watch County - good food

User

Disappointed Billy Ocean only on stage for an hour considering price of tickets and no encore ... Shocking! ...

User

Came for the billy ocean concert. Plenty of side shows, great choice of food stalls,( dear but always are at these places). Lots of stewards controlling people which is a good thing. I would come to another advent at this ground anytime.

User

A proper old fashioned rugby ground, with a bit of modernity thrown in for the more discerning rugby fan with children. When the crowd gets going, there's nothing more intimidating than a Rodney Parade crowd!

User

Quite a good atmosphere for party at the parade, and thought the Motown tent/ globe was a brilliant idea. However, for the price, it was disappointing to have to queue at porto loos which were disgustinging, couldnt get served at the bar without a masive wait and had stewards who couldnt even be polite or muster up a 'goodbye' ,i hate complaining, but found them very rude. Also food extremley over priced inside but seeing as there was an admittance curfew of having to be in by 7.30(according to the webpage)we had no choice but to eat there by the time we had finished work.Dont think i will be going again.

User

Fantastic show but having VIP bands, the service in the VIP tent was appalling. We queued for around 15 minutes and were second from the front, when the barman decided to disappear without letting us know. We stood 4 25 minutes waiting and asking the other bar staff what was happening - they were very very rude and rather than use their initiative and maybe alternate between us and their queue, left us waiting. Disgusting attitudes from all the staff. The barman eventually came back, served one person and disappeared again. There were lots of angry customers. Very poor service which caused us to miss a lot of the show.

Apart from that, it was a great day and all the other facilities were brilliant.

User

Came to Rodney parade for colour clash & 2 fire works nights.....the fire work display this year was nowhere as good as last year! & all 3 times of visiting this venue for events the ladies toilets have been disgusting οΏ½ surely this club has a few quid to provide clean, tidy modern loos that actually have toilet paper οΏ½

User

Brilliant night Enjoyed it...but VIP bands were a joke..queued half hour for a drink..you need to employ experienced bar staff..not young kids ...

User

I went to a wrestling event, this is not a review of the wrestling, just the venue. The large hall down stairs is in poor condition tiles missing from the ceiling, letting in day light, lights not working and not the cleanest I've seen the hall. The gents was grubby and had tiles missing around the urinals, I didn't check the ladies but I'd imagine they'd be the same (maybe less urinals). The bar was cheap and I was served quickly and the girls were polite.

I feel that the old club house has been left to degrade as the new stadium has many of the of the club house faculties including a large marque that acts as a function room. A sad decline in what was once a great faculty.

User

Enjoyed Billy Ocean concert, the place looked and felt great however having purchased VIP this didn't feel like it at all, tent was right at back of the arena, very long waiting lines to que and over priced, they even ran out of drinks . The dome disco was a great idea and show was excellent however we paid a decent price for the tickets it's a shame didn't get a decent service πŸ˜”

User

Colour clash 15.7.17 Never again. Vip was a joke. 30 mins to use toilet, no toilet roll. 40 mind for drinks at bar. Shambles. Cardiff colour festival next year!

User

Very bad hospitality, felt like second class citizens stood waiting at the door to the upstairs bar. It was as though only the "Special" people were allowed in. Would not recommend, and that's a shame as I have always loved coming over to Rodney Parade because the supporters are brilliant. Something must change so as not to alienate those loyal supporters whilst all "progress" is made.
