Tonight we worked on the Seiza No Bu and Tate Hiza No Bu forms, concentrating on everyone's favorite, Uki Gumo. Finished off with Bangai No Bu. Thanks for training hard tonight.

Come and join us on our Thursday night training learning Iaido: the Art of Japanese Swordsmanship. We had a bit of a reunion tonight and worked through quite a few techniques as well as some two person drills.

Great night training tonight - Seiza no bu, Tate hiza no bu and TUNK. It was good to meet some new (old returning members) people.

Hoping to maybe get a bigger hall this year so that we can all train together, maybe at least once a month. I want to try to get some new blood[ not literally] into the Dojo, and of course welcome our absent members back to pain, sweat and tears. Hard training last night, Seiza no Bu continuous for one hour, Tate Hiza no Bu continuous for one hour then Eishin Ryu Kata no Bu to totally finish us . Good character building, very little time spent discussing petty issues.
