More freedom to choose cars on your own pace. very helpful in choosing an appropriate car for reasonable price. Miles (the manager) has been friendly and honest providing any info about cars. In fact he put extra efforts to find best deals for finance as well, without being rushed and hidden charges. I have recommended to few of my friends and they had similar excellent customer service experience. Its really worth visiting this place for exchanging your old car for better price.

Worst service, called in came with my family, to purchase used car, price was agreed by the sales person. Once we decided to purchase the car. sales person he agreed to the deal and then backs out and calls his Boss who did not agree to the price. Highly unprofessional, unethical, probably colour of skin matters more then customer satisfaction.
