Awesome lower grade class tonight. We worked on the importance of our foot work using ladder drills for maegeri, sokuto and siracomi maegeri. Even learnt how to levitate.

Well what can I say say I have had the pleasure of teaching and training with some awesome martial artists today. Watched Sensei Rich and Kiera bringing on the next generation of black belts in the Little ninjas class.🥊🥋 The lower grade class were fast and focused and gave 100%.🥇🏅 The Higher grade class impressed on every level. Loved teaching you guys and gals. 🔥🔥 Then on to train with the adults. Awesome training with Mike tonight.

Awesome students of the day yesterday 😍 loving their focus and determination in class ☺️ seeing how much they have grown in confidence makes me so proud not just of these guys and girls but all of students ☺️ loving the martial arts life 😍 I try and read virtually every post the parents of current and past students have put up on Facebook and reading the post about the school reports make me SO SO proud of them all ☺️ keep it up everyone 😍

Awesome classes last night. Mixed pad work I really enjoyed 😁 wouldn't like to be on the end of a lot of those kicks and punches without a pad 😦

My son Oliver has been going to BMA holyhead for over 2 year and the changes we have seen in his behaviour and confidence is fantastic he loves it .I really cant praise Sensi Roy and the team enough.

My boy jacob loves it and so do many of his friends! More importantly it gives him some skills to defend himself as he grows up in life! Too much violence is happening in the world and I want my boy to be prepared just incase he’s placed in a tough situation in life not to mention this class is awesome and fun!

I started training February 2016, and I still love it. The people are very friendly. The methods in which roy and his sensei's teach are brilliant. Its a very positive atmosphere.

I would recommended anybody thinking about starting kickboxing at #BMAHOLYHEAD
