Miserable staff behind the customer service desk each time I visit, and I pop in fairly regularly. No smiles, thanks or even an acknowledgement - surely it can't be like this all the time. Lost my packages on at least three occasions despite being returned to the office. Other than that there's not much more I can say.

Really nice happy staff, how they put up with some of the abuse I don't know. They are doing their job try being a bit nicer to them and have some patience.
