Pembrokeshire's leading beauty and holistic treatment rooms and training academy. Our beauty salon provides fabulous spa treatments, make up sessions, holistic therapies for both women and men. R & R Training Academy runs courses in beauty treatments and complimentary therapies, as well as continuing our foundation Reiki training. Our philosophy is that beauty is very much a wholistic life experience and we provide unequaled ongoing support for anyone who has any of our beauty treatments or complimentary therapies in the form of Reiki share held every week for the last decade, where we connect together as a group, share our experiences if we wish, enjoy a guided meditation, usually by Rose but also others if they so wish, and then give and receive Reiki for an hour or so.
