Wen I moved to Cardiff I didn't really know a lot of people so I joined RSD and haven't looked back I've made some amazing friends for life and learned to push myself further than I ever thought I could with the continued guidance of Pam and Emma.

This year is my first as a fully fledged cheer mum. All the parents have been so helpful and friendly. My first trip to USA, and Nottingham пњљ. Watching my daughter achieve so much has given me such great pride. Thank you Emma and Pam ( and Donald)пњљ

RSD, are brilliant, my daughter hannah did gymnastics with you last year until she broke her ankle at home, as a result gymnastics would have been too hard on her ankle, but she had her first cheerleading lesson today and she loved it and she said how lovely everyone was, thank you all so much for making her feel better and so welcome xxxx

RSD has become my family for the past 11 years my girls have been dancing/cheerleading I've watched them from a young age being transformed into the dancer/cheerleader they are today & now my youngest daughter has made the Leading Ladies team who came 10th in the world at both Pom & Jazz & will be representing the UK (WALES) in 2017. This wouldn't have been possible without the expertise, commitment, & passion of all the coaches can't thank you enough. If you son/daughter is interested in dance or cheerleading this is definitely the no1 team who will get you to your goals

Our journey with RSD started just under 3 years ago when I enrolled Ettie May at the ages of 3 into the RSD Academy. I recall the morning Ettie was due to go that I had a complete wobble and was in communication with Gemma Priday wondering whether I had signed her up too soon.. nevertheless Gemma reassured me and I reluctantly sent her for 2 hours. My intention for the year was for her to go for only a short time. Within a fortnight she wanted to stay for the 4 hours пњљ!! The shows twice a year are amazing and Ettie has grown in every aspect down to all of the amazing staff who play a part in the weekly running of it. The older children are encouraged to be kind and thoughtful and take the new and younger children by the hand and help as peers in the weekly academy sessions as well as during shows.



We quickly progressed to Ettie starting tumble with James & Sarah on a Monday (amazing) followed by 6 months later her staring Cheer.

Her first season she was in Starburst & her second season is just coming to an end in Superstars. Both teams lead by Amy and assistant coaches Lauren, Ellie & Sarah... the competitive teams are a huge commitment and do require consistency in attendance, the team ethos I absolutely love пњљ.. every cog is essential. EttieвАЩs progress in cheer has been amazing and the opportunities have been endless... there have been times where she has had challenges and has talked about not going to cheer, but in the end with fantastic support from all the coaches she has overcome every obstacle пњљ - this wouldnвАЩt be possible without the team ethos and support.



At the start of this season Ettie showed an interest in Jazz & Pom and joined Divas tiny team. She has loved every second of the training and competitions with Divas and has learnt many new skills (1 handed cartwheel пњљ with poms in hand)! I was shocked пњљ to see her achieve this so quickly... there is so much to learn and practice with the skills needed for dance. The support is second to none by Sabrina, Ellie, Georgia & others who have assisted during the dance sessions. Georgia Davies does sessions with her on the weekend, she really enjoys this 1 to 1 and is getting better with her skills.. пњљ



I absolutely love to see cheer & dance routines come together, and even when I think as her Mum she isnвАЩt ready they always nail it at competition!!



For several months now Ettie has done private sessions with James, he is fab with her and absolutely gets the best out of her week in week out. HeвАЩs very patient with her amateur dramatics and very sensitive to her emotions. He always adapt sessions when needed.



After Worlds this year Ettie had the opportunity to start Flick on a Tuesday night. Amazing opportunity, with very quick progression! She absolutely loves the session with James and Ethan and never wants to miss it..



A fab support network of parents and staff, everyone supports and helps eachother. Nothing is ever too much and the support is always there or someone will find it for you!!



Looking forward to what the future holds... Ettie would love to try being a flyer so this will be her future focus as well as all of her other sessions.

Myself and my daughter both now compete with RSD in cheer along with Ariella also taking gymnastics. Her motor skills and flexibility have developed wonderfully since joining with RSD at 18 months, not to mention her confidence! She is comfortable with all athletes and staff and will talk anyone when at the gym or at competitions.

I absolutely love competing with RSD and have gained skills I never thought were possible at such a late stage and have been able to compete tumbling this year for the first time. All the staff are so friendly and all the families are happy to lend a hand with anything you need. I wouldn't ever think about cheering with any other team!

My girl loves going to RSD and I have grown fond of the place and coaches, it's a second family. All staff, parents and athletes are amazing and friendly and always happy to help.

My girl does gymnastics and loves all the coaches and she also does competitive cheer and has done amazing. She has flourished and they have seen her potential and believed in her. She is learning new stunts and jumps, is doing her gymnastics safely with coaches that actually have her laughing as well as teaching her new things. She loves doing gymnastics and is doing intermediates with hope to progress and join the team. She has come on in leaps and bounds and her confidence is starting to show. This was her first season competing with cheer and she has done brilliantly as did the team. My first experience with RSD was having brilliant dance and cheer coaches for 4 years with my University teams. The support and coaching was amazing so I didn't want to stop once finishing my degree. I'm now coming to the end of my first season competing with RSD and it has been incredible! I can't wait to come back next year!

My daughters have been dancing and cheering with RSD for nearly 6 years. The staff are extremely helpful and are amazing with the children. They offer a wide range of level appropriate classes and teams, which are very inviting and welcoming towards new students. My girls have made some of their closest friends in RSD and we feel like we have been there since the beginning. The coaches are very concerning and caring towards their students especially their well being and are always there to support them. RSD want their students to achieve and strive to reach their personal best and beyond to guide and help them become the athlete that they are.

My daughter's love it and they are part of a team.

My daughter has been dancing with RSD since she was 3 years old (she's almost 12 now). She started off in a recreational class at Abercynon sports centre where I saw her flourish into the beautiful dancer she is today. She dances with their youth competitive Pom and jazz team along with competitive cheer in both youth and juniors.



The staff are amazing and the facilities are pretty awesome too. I couldn't ask for better coaches to teach my daughter. Thanks for everything you do. Emma and Seran x

My daughter goes to cheerleading she's only 3 at first she was shy and upset it's her 4th week and she can't wait to get there and start dancing and then comes home to show us all, the teachers are brilliant and I couldn't have choose a better place to put her Thankyou so much

My daughter goes 2 classes in sports yard, teeny tiny team on sunday and academy on a saturday and 1 to 1 lesson on a friday and she loves it. All the coaches are fab. Highly reccomend. Xx

I'm adding this to my review I just want to say the that Rsd is not just a business !! It's a home away from home !! When I'm not home I'm at Rsd with my girls I not only have one child in this program but 3 and one of them my oldest was given a op to work for them and now coaches on a Sunday and works along side Pam and Emma preparing squads to be the best that they can !! It's not always about winning !! It's the bond that we all have as a close network pulling together at comps helping the new ones settle !! But most of all having my children be part of a program so big here in Wales not only in cheer but in dance and gymnastics !! And I can say hand on heart they have the girls best interest at heart and will do there utmost to make the them the best to there ability and more !!! Much respect to not only Pam and Emma but to all the coaches that make this happen вЭ§пЄПвЭ§пЄПвЭ§пЄП

For several months now Ettie has done private sessions with James, he is fab with her and absolutely gets the best out of her week in week out. HeвАЩs very patient with her amateur dramatics and very sensitive to her emotions. He always adapt sessions when needed.



After Worlds this year Ettie had the opportunity to start Flick on a Tuesday night. Amazing opportunity, with very quick progression! She absolutely loves the session with James and Ethan and never wants to miss it..



A fab support network of parents and staff, everyone supports and helps eachother. Nothing is ever too much and the support is always there or someone will find it for you!!



Looking forward to what the future holds... Ettie would love to try being a flyer so this will be her future focus as well as all of her other sessions.

Myself and my daughter both now compete with RSD in cheer along with Ariella also taking gymnastics. Her motor skills and flexibility have developed wonderfully since joining with RSD at 18 months, not to mention her confidence! She is comfortable with all athletes and staff and will talk anyone when at the gym or at competitions.

I absolutely love competing with RSD and have gained skills I never thought were possible at such a late stage and have been able to compete tumbling this year for the first time. All the staff are so friendly and all the families are happy to lend a hand with anything you need. I wouldn't ever think about cheering with any other team!

My girl loves going to RSD and I have grown fond of the place and coaches, it's a second family. All staff, parents and athletes are amazing and friendly and always happy to help.

My girl does gymnastics and loves all the coaches and she also does competitive cheer and has done amazing. She has flourished and they have seen her potential and believed in her. She is learning new stunts and jumps, is doing her gymnastics safely with coaches that actually have her laughing as well as teaching her new things. She loves doing gymnastics and is doing intermediates with hope to progress and join the team. She has come on in leaps and bounds and her confidence is starting to show. This was her first season competing with cheer and she has done brilliantly as did the team. My first experience with RSD was having brilliant dance and cheer coaches for 4 years with my University teams. The support and coaching was amazing so I didn't want to stop once finishing my degree. I'm now coming to the end of my first season competing with RSD and it has been incredible! I can't wait to come back next year!

My daughters have been dancing and cheering with RSD for nearly 6 years. The staff are extremely helpful and are amazing with the children. They offer a wide range of level appropriate classes and teams, which are very inviting and welcoming towards new students. My girls have made some of their closest friends in RSD and we feel like we have been there since the beginning. The coaches are very concerning and caring towards their students especially their well being and are always there to support them. RSD want their students to achieve and strive to reach their personal best and beyond to guide and help them become the athlete that they are.

My daughter has been dancing with RSD since she was 3 years old (she's almost 12 now). She started off in a recreational class at Abercynon sports centre where I saw her flourish into the beautiful dancer she is today. She dances with their youth competitive Pom and jazz team along with competitive cheer in both youth and juniors.



The staff are amazing and the facilities are pretty awesome too. I couldn't ask for better coaches to teach my daughter. Thanks for everything you do. Emma and Seran x

My daughter goes to cheerleading she's only 3 at first she was shy and upset it's her 4th week and she can't wait to get there and start dancing and then comes home to show us all, the teachers are brilliant and I couldn't have choose a better place to put her Thankyou so much

My daughter goes 2 classes in sports yard, teeny tiny team on sunday and academy on a saturday and 1 to 1 lesson on a friday and she loves it. All the coaches are fab. Highly reccomend. Xx

I'm adding this to my review I just want to say the that Rsd is not just a business !! It's a home away from home !! When I'm not home I'm at Rsd with my girls I not only have one child in this program but 3 and one of them my oldest was given a op to work for them and now coaches on a Sunday and works along side Pam and Emma preparing squads to be the best that they can !! It's not always about winning !! It's the bond that we all have as a close network pulling together at comps helping the new ones settle !! But most of all having my children be part of a program so big here in Wales not only in cheer but in dance and gymnastics !! And I can say hand on heart they have the girls best interest at heart and will do there utmost to make the them the best to there ability and more !!! I was part of this for 10 years! I had the honour of representing Wales & RSD at the Dance and Cheer Worlds twice. RSD is not just a team but a family with the most supportive and loving coaches there are! You will make unforgettable memories and friendships at this gym, as well as winning National and international titles. You will be taught the best skills, technique and achieve so much. Wen I moved to Cardiff I didn't really know a lot of people so I joined RSD and haven't looked back I've made some amazing friends for life and learned to push myself further than I ever thought I could with the continued guidance of Pam and Emma.

This year is my first as a fully fledged cheer mum. All the parents have been so helpful and friendly. My first trip to USA, and Nottingham пњљ. Watching my daughter achieve so much has given me such great pride. Thank you Emma and Pam ( and Donald)пњљ

RSD, are brilliant, my daughter hannah did gymnastics with you last year until she broke her ankle at home, as a result gymnastics would have been too hard on her ankle, but she had her first cheerleading lesson today and she loved it and she said how lovely everyone was, thank you all so much for making her feel better and so welcome xxxx

RSD has become my family for the past 11 years my girls have been dancing/cheerleading I've watched them from a young age being transformed into the dancer/cheerleader they are today & now my youngest daughter has made the Leading Ladies team who came 10th in the world at both Pom & Jazz & will be representing the UK (WALES) in 2017. This wouldn't have been possible without the expertise, commitment, & passion of all the coaches can't thank you enough. If you son/daughter is interested in dance or cheerleading this is definitely the no1 team who will get you to your goals

Our journey with RSD started just under 3 years ago when I enrolled Ettie May at the ages of 3 into the RSD Academy. I recall the morning Ettie was due to go that I had a complete wobble and was in communication with Gemma Priday wondering whether I had signed her up too soon.. nevertheless Gemma reassured me and I reluctantly sent her for 2 hours. My intention for the year was for her to go for only a short time. Within a fortnight she wanted to stay for the 4 hours пњљ!! The shows twice a year are amazing and Ettie has grown in every aspect down to all of the amazing staff who play a part in the weekly running of it. The older children are encouraged to be kind and thoughtful and take the new and younger children by the hand and help as peers in the weekly academy sessions as well as during shows.



We quickly progressed to Ettie starting tumble with James & Sarah on a Monday (amazing) followed by 6 months later her staring Cheer.

Her first season she was in Starburst & her second season is just coming to an end in Superstars. Both teams lead by Amy and assistant coaches Lauren, Ellie & Sarah... the competitive teams are a huge commitment and do require consistency in attendance, the team ethos I absolutely love пњљ.. every cog is essential. EttieвАЩs progress in cheer has been amazing and the opportunities have been endless... there have been times where she has had challenges and has talked about not going to cheer, but in the end with fantastic support from all the coaches she has overcome every obstacle пњљ - this wouldnвАЩt be possible without the team ethos and support.
